The Asian Real Estate Association of the East Bay will annually donate up to $500 to other individuals, charities or non-profit organizations that directly or indirectly assist, helps or positively influences the Asian community, groups or individuals within the Asian community. Guidelines for this donation are as follows.
1. The AREAEB Board of Directors will have sole discretion to choose the award winner.
2. The broad guideline will fall into the category of "assisting or helping the Asian community directly or indirectly". Examples are, but not limited to:
a. Boy Scout Eagle Projects
b. Community Outreach Programs
c. English Tutoring
d. Community Based Senior Centers
e. Food Drives
g. Clothing Drives
h. Home Based Senior Care
i. First Time Home Buying Grants
3. The AREAEB member whose nominee is selected will have be allowed to advertise in the following years AREAEB directory at no cost. Terms and conditons by the AREAEB Board of Directors apply.
