General Membership

Includes individuals whose primary business is focused on real estate. These members may serve on the Board of Directors with voting rights and are provided discounts to organization events as well as discounts from specified vendors. General members will be listed on our annual directory as well as having your name and company on our website.
Membership fee for this category is $35.


Pioneer Membership


Includes individuals whose primary business is focused on real estate. All benefits from General Membership apply. Llimited to the first 100 members who enroll. Will to included in annual directory and on a separate page on website. Membership fee for this category is $50.


Corporate Affiliate Sponsors


* Platinum Member - Identified as companies whose business is other than that of a real estate licensee. These members will be entitled to all General Membership rights. In addition, these members will have rights to enclosure of flyer in Membership Packets, promotions at luncheons, promotion at Winter Reception, promotion at installation banquet, web site logo w/ link and Directory full page advertisement. Membership fee for this category is $1000 and includes 10 member dues paid. Additional members will be at general membership fees.


* Gold Member – Identified as companies whose business is other than that of a real estate licensee. These members will be entitled to all General membership rights. In addition, these members will have rights to enclosure of flyer in Membership Packets, promotions at luncheons, promotion at Winter Reception, promotion at installation banquet, and Directory full page advertisement. Membership fee for this category is $750 and includes 3 member dues paid. Additional members will be at general membership fees.


* Silver Member – Identified as companies whose business is other than that of a real estate licensee. These members will be entitled to all General Membership rights. In addition, these members will have rights to enclosure of flyer in Membership Packets and Directory page advertisement. Membership fee for this category is $500 and includes 2 member dues paid. Additional members will be at general membership fees.


* Affiliate Member – Identified as individuals whose business is other than that of a real estate licensee. These members will be entitled to General Membership rights. Membership for this category is $50.
